About the role
- Join up to 2 rounds of simulated phone conversations (~4 minutes each)
- Use different scripts for each call to create realistic scenarios
- Follow prepared topic guidelines for natural phone-style dialogue
- Make calls injecting synthetic voice audio to simulate fraud-call scenarios (caller audio only)
- Use computer-dialing software or wired phone connection to inject audio as instructed
- Record recipient side via built-in phone recording or professional tool
- Flexible daily commitment (~0.5 hour/day) over project duration (4 Sept – 8 Oct)
Requirements
- Access to one of the following Hong Kong mobile operators: CSL; SmarTone; Hutchison
- Ability to follow English instructions
- A quiet environment and a phone/computer setup that meets the recording requirements
