About the role
- Listen to or read conversations between users and voice assistants and assess how well the assistant understood and responded to each request.
- Determine whether the Assistant should act upon or answer a particular User Request.
- Identify the reason or area of failure when the Assistant does not correctly act upon or respond to an actionable request.
Requirements
- Have excellent comprehension and analytical skills.
- Be fluent in English (additional language fluency is a plus!).
- Feel comfortable following detailed project guidelines.
