About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a call centre environment dealing with customers
  • Experience working remotely
  • Genuine desire to help the community
  • Empathetic communication with distressed callers
  • Ability to remain resilient in a demanding role
  • Ability to meet personal targets while delivering excellent customer service
  • Good general standard of education
  • Commitment to 3 weeks of full-time training, Monday–Friday 09:30–17:00, delivered remotely
  • Minimum internet speed of 5 Mbps upload and 15 Mbps download
  • Subject to pre-employment screening, including a basic DBS check and two years of referencing
  • Availability to work an average of 4 days out of 7, Monday–Sunday, with shifts scheduled between 06:00 and 23:00
  • Guaranteed at least 1 weekend in 4 off
