About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels
- Generate and convert sales leads through proactive outreach and effective engagement

Requirements

- Confident handling both inbound and outbound enquiries
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Self-driven and resourceful, ready to exceed targets
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with third-party payment platforms or are familiar with C365 products
