Partner with Technical L&D Partner and operational teams to deliver practical training
Identify skills gaps and design engaging development pathways
Adapt training style to suit different learners
Keep learning content current and accessible using LMS

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience supporting onboarding and upskilling for digital systems
Ability to create clear, user-friendly technical documentation
Experience delivering or developing technical training in technology-enabled environments is a big plus
Practical working knowledge across core technical areas such as networking, telecommunications, SIP, or secure VPN
Comfortable troubleshooting and explaining technical concepts
