About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and execute the comprehensive 0-to-1 GTM strategy tailored for the Japanese market
- Drive initial user acquisition and build localized marketing/sales pipelines
- Collaborate with global product team for product localization
- Forge strategic alliances with local distributors and partners
- Bootstrap the Japan presence and recruit a high-performing local team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successful track record of launching innovative/disruptive products to the Japanese market
- Deep understanding of both Chinese and Japanese business cultures
- Native or professional fluency in Japanese and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Fluency in English is a strong plus
- Enthusiast about AI and tech
