About the role

  • Seek an experienced Regional Business Development Professional to drive the expansion of Appcircle’s customer base across Germany.
  • Identify, build, and maintain customers that align with our growth objectives.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to craft and execute business development strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business development and channel partnerships, ideally in Mobile, DevOps or CI/CD technology space.
  • Ability to engage in technical conversations and understand Appcircle’s offerings at a granular level.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly when dealing with engineering managers and executives.
  • Experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and using relevant tools, along with strong network-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a highly self-motivated personality to maintain consistent drive while working as a remote company representative.
  • Knowledge of the international market landscape, particularly in mobile technology and SaaS.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple partnerships, teams and priorities simultaneously.
