About the role

  • Taking on responsibility as a Junior IT Consultant
  • Preparing analyses and supporting IT requirements
  • Developing concepts and defining process and IT requirements within the team
  • Contributing to solution design and architecture
  • Supporting clients through to successful implementation
  • Gradually taking on increased responsibility up to owning entire work packages

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Initial experience in IT project management, test management, requirements engineering, or business analysis
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: IT architecture, IT infrastructure, IT security, DevOps, software development
  • Preferably experience in the public sector, judiciary, financial services, or healthcare
  • Quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking, and a creative, pragmatic approach
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, combined with enjoyment of teamwork
  • Open, communicative personality with a talent for and enjoyment of building trusting relationships
  • Confident writing and presentation skills in German. Very good English and French skills are a plus
  • Flexibility regarding travel within German-speaking Switzerland
