About the role
- Assume responsibility as a Consultant at APP
- Lead teams in developing new concepts and defining requirements
- Independently lead consulting engagements and develop solutions
- Ensure sustainable implementation and support our clients through to successful deployment
- Build relationships, expand your network, and secure new mandates
- Actively shape APP as a partner/co-owner
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Business Informatics (or Computer Science), or Law
- Three to five years’ experience delivering IT-related projects in consulting, public administration, the judiciary, financial services, or healthcare
- Solid knowledge of project management, business analysis, and the application of common methodologies
- Quick grasp, strong analytical thinking, and a creative, pragmatic approach
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, combined with enjoyment of teamwork
- Outgoing, communicative personality with talent and enthusiasm for building trusted relationships
- Confident writing and presenting in German. Very good English and French skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland
