About the role

  • You lead teams in developing new concepts and in defining product, process and IT requirements.
  • You independently manage consulting mandates and develop convincing solutions for IT and business-related challenges.
  • You ensure sustainable implementation and support our clients through to successful roll-out.
  • You build personal relationships, continuously expand your network and acquire new mandates.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or Engineering
  • Three to five years of experience in IT project management, test management, requirements engineering or business analysis in a consulting or public administration environment, in the judiciary, the financial sector or healthcare
  • Solid knowledge in IT architecture, IT infrastructure, IT security, DevOps and software development
  • Quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking, and a creative, pragmatic approach
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style combined with enjoyment of teamwork
  • Open, communicative personality with talent and enthusiasm for building trusting relationships
  • Confident written and presentation skills in German. Very good English and French skills are a plus
  • Flexibility with regard to travel within German-speaking Switzerland
