About the role

  • Take responsibility at APP from day one
  • Lead teams in developing new concepts and in defining product, process, and IT requirements
  • Independently advise clients and develop compelling solutions for business and IT challenges
  • Ensure sustainable implementation and support clients through to successful roll-out
  • Build lasting relationships, continuously expand your network, and acquire new mandates
  • Actively help shape APP as a co-entrepreneur and contribute to its future direction

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in business administration, (business) informatics/computer science, or law
  • Three to five years of experience delivering IT-related projects in consulting or public administration, the judiciary, financial services, or healthcare
  • Strong skills in project management, business analysis, and the application of common methodologies
  • Quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking, and a creative yet pragmatic approach
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, combined with enjoyment of teamwork
  • Open, communicative personality with talent and enthusiasm for building trusting relationships
  • Confident written and presentation skills in German. Very good English and French skills are an advantage.
