About the role

  • You take responsibility at APP from day one
  • You lead teams in developing new concepts and defining product, process, and IT requirements
  • You independently manage consulting mandates and develop compelling solutions for business and IT issues
  • You ensure sustainable implementation and support our clients through to successful deployment

Requirements

  • Completed university degree, preferably in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or Law
  • Three to five years of experience executing IT-related projects in consulting or the public sector, in the judiciary, in the financial industry, or in healthcare
  • Solid knowledge of project management, business analysis, and common methodologies
  • Quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking, and a creative, pragmatic approach
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, combined with enjoyment of team collaboration
  • Open, communicative personality with talent and enthusiasm for building trusting relationships
  • Confident written and presentation skills in German. Very good English and French skills are a plus.
