SDR Analyst – Pre-Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect and qualify inbound leads, handling the initial contact with potential clients
- Diagnose opportunities and ensure the scheduling of qualified meetings for the sales team
- Responsible for understanding the client’s context, identifying decision-makers, and generating interest in the solution, directly contributing to the company’s revenue growth
- Focus on SaaS solutions (PMS for hospitality), understanding the operational and financial needs of hotels, inns, and other lodging properties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in commercial roles, SDR, or pre-sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasion and active listening abilities
- Organized and disciplined in managing multiple leads
- Proactive with a strong sense of urgency
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools
