Warehouse and Logistics Officer
Apotex Inc.Warehouse Officer managing receipt and storage of raw and packaging materials at Apotex. Responsible for documentation, inventory management, and adherence to GMP standards.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receipt and Storage of Raw, Packaging and Miscellaneous Materials
- Receipt of raw material, packing materials and miscellaneous materials as per standard operating procedure
- Preparation of Check list, Good receipt (in SAP) and labelling for raw materials and packing materials as per standard operating procedure
- Responsible for submitting the RM/PM Invoice’s to finance department
- To maintain the online documentation related to warehouse receipt activities on daily basis.
- Calibration of Weighing balance and Roll Label Counting Machine as per standard operating procedure
- Distribution of material to various Departments
- Handling of receipt rejected materials
- Physical stock verification (Cycle counting) and update the stock in SAP
- Issuance of Raw Materials as per LVMP production plan as per standard operation procedure
- Supporting for raw material sampling
- Supporting to Packaging Material sampling activities at LVMP as per the plan and arrange the material for Sampling
- Dispensing of Packaging materials as per LVMP production plan as per standard operating procedure
- Ensure the storage of packaging materials as per cGMP
- Store in and Store out of materials in Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) – Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Daily monitoring and recording of Temperature / relative humidity in working area
- To maintain the online documentation related to Warehouse activities on daily basis
- Performs all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirement
- Daily monitoring and recording of Temperature / Relative humidity in LVMP Receipt Area
- Maintain safety and good housekeeping practices at workplace
- Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.
- Continuous Upgradation of knowledge with respect to cGMP and regulatory guidelines
- Performance all work in support of our Corporate Values of Integrity, Teamwork, Courage and Innovation
- Demonstrates strong and visible support of our values
- Ensure personal adherence with all programs including the Global Business Ethics and compliance program, Global quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies and HR policies
- All Other relevant duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Graduate / Post Graduate / Diploma
- Good Knowledge in MS office, MS Word, Excel
- Good Interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Flexible to work
- 0-1 year of experience in GMP Regulated industry
