Assistant Manager – Directors Office

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for providing high – level administrative support and assistance to the Managing Director and/or other assigned leadership staff
- Assume the duty of clerical and administrative support to optimize workflow procedures in the office
- Assist the Managing Director by planning and distributing information and performing numerous duties
- Schedule meetings, take notes, and record minutes
- Write correspondence, prioritize emails, handle visitors
- Make travel arrangements and prepare reports
- File and organize documents and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Act as point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Accurately record minutes during meetings
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents
Requirements
What you’ll need- Possessing Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Holding the certification under Secretarial Practice, issued by NCVT - Delhi
- Proven work experience as a secretary, executive assistant
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Ability to Organize a daily workload by priorities
- Must be able to meet deadlines in fast-paced quickly changing environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
