About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for providing high – level administrative support and assistance to the Managing Director and/or other assigned leadership staff
  • Assume the duty of clerical and administrative support to optimize workflow procedures in the office
  • Assist the Managing Director by planning and distributing information and performing numerous duties
  • Schedule meetings, take notes, and record minutes
  • Write correspondence, prioritize emails, handle visitors
  • Make travel arrangements and prepare reports
  • File and organize documents and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Act as point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Accurately record minutes during meetings
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Possessing Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Holding the certification under Secretarial Practice, issued by NCVT - Delhi
  • Proven work experience as a secretary, executive assistant
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Ability to Organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
