About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full identity lifecycle in Microsoft 365, including account creation, configuration, licensing, modification and revocation
- Perform technical onboarding for new hires, including account provisioning, device configuration and access granting
- Execute offboarding processes, ensuring access revocation, data preservation and device sanitization
- Administer users, groups, permissions and access policies in Microsoft Entra ID
- Configure and monitor MFA and identity and access security controls
- Operate corporate network infrastructure, including switches, routers, access points, Wi‑Fi and structured cabling
- Configure, maintain and monitor the corporate VPN
- Administer the corporate firewall, including rules, traffic policies, logs and security events
- Monitor network infrastructure availability and performance and resolve incidents
- Coordinate and follow up with infrastructure vendors
- Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle
- Configure, deploy and monitor EDR and antivirus solutions
- Manage security policies and device management via Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Ensure endpoint patching and compliance
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and device security issues
- Administer the Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Outlook
- Configure and manage compliance, retention, auditing and DLP policies using Microsoft Purview
- Manage the complete Microsoft 365 licensing lifecycle
- Support integrations with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SSO, connectors and applications
- Serve as an internal reference for support, configuration and best practices for Microsoft 365
- Manage the ticket backlog for NGX and Smartico platforms
- Track vendors, deadlines, SLAs and ticket resolution
- Keep business areas informed about ticket status
- Document and categorize tickets in Movidesk
- Identify recurrent issues and propose preventive actions
- Manage operational relationships with IT suppliers
- Support procurement of equipment, software and IT services
- Document processes, procedures, topologies, configurations and incidents
- Create and maintain a knowledge base, FAQs, tutorials, procedures and runbooks
- Identify and implement improvements in infrastructure, security, support, operational efficiency and availability
- Define processes and controls for tasks that are currently manual or lack tooling
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 Business Premium (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune)
- Strong knowledge of IAM: Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, groups and RBAC
- Experience managing endpoints (Windows 10/11, group policies, MDM)
- Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, switching, corporate Wi‑Fi, VPN and firewall
- Experience with MFA and identity security best practices
- Ability to manage ticket backlogs with external vendors, focusing on SLAs and proactive communication
- Organized with experience tracking and controlling IT asset inventory
- Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MS-102, AZ-900 or equivalent) — a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Purview (DLP, compliance, retention) — a plus
- Basic PowerShell knowledge for automating M365 tasks — a plus
- Experience with Apple Business Manager / Jamf for MacBook management — a plus
