About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the company’s information security, protecting assets, users, data and corporate environments
Manage office infrastructure and the technology experience for on-site and remote employees
Manage access, permissions, identities, onboarding and offboarding for employees and third parties
Administer firewall, VPN, antivirus, EDR, MFA, endpoints and other protection tools
Manage corporate network, internet, Wi‑Fi, equipment, inventory and IT assets
Perform vulnerability assessments and monitor remediation plans
Develop and maintain security policies, risk management, incident response and LGPD compliance
Monitor security events, incidents and infrastructure indicators, ensuring rapid response
Contract, oversee and manage technology, telecommunications, security and infrastructure vendors
Control contracts, software licenses, renewals and IT & Security budgets
Collaborate with development teams on security best practices and DevSecOps initiatives
Conduct information security awareness training
Produce executive reports on security posture, risks, incidents, indicators and action plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing Information Security and corporate infrastructure
Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), onboarding/offboarding and permission administration
Experience with firewall, VPN, antivirus, EDR, MFA and endpoint protection solutions
Knowledge of corporate networks, Wi‑Fi, equipment, inventory and IT asset management
Experience managing vendors, contracts, licenses and IT budgets
Knowledge of vulnerability management, incident response and security policies
Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Security, Infrastructure or IT Management
Intermediate/advanced English for reading technical documentation and interacting with vendors
Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, Microsoft, Fortinet, Cisco or AWS Security Specialty are a plus
Experience in technology companies, fintechs, iGaming or digital platforms is a plus
Experience implementing corporate security policies and managing hybrid environments is a plus
Knowledge of the LGPD and information security best practices is a plus
Knowledge of ITSM, MDM and corporate device management tools is a plus
Experience with audits, compliance and risk management is a plus
Desirable knowledge of cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP)
