About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured data and AI solutions, leading end-to-end initiatives
- Serve as the focal point for CRM, Traffic, Risk, and Operations, refining requests and managing stakeholder expectations
- Build and maintain the AI & Data initiatives backlog, prioritizing by impact, financial return, technical feasibility, and urgency
- Map processes and data flows, identifying gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Design, configure, test, and iterate AI agents, defining scope, input data, and quality criteria
- Build business cases and quantitative analyses using SQL and analytical tools
- Develop and apply evaluation criteria (evals) for AI agents prior to production
- Continuously leverage state-of-the-art AI in day-to-day work and incorporate recent tools and techniques
- Document business rules, data, and solutions for both people and AI agents
- Own priority initiatives with autonomy and drive end-to-end deliveries in ambiguous contexts
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6 years in high-ambiguity environments with a strong focus on delivering results
- Fluency in state-of-the-art AI, including agents, MCP, skills, prompts, and evals — mandatory requirement
- Strong quantitative mindset and critical interpretation of metrics for decision-making
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and interpretation
- Ability to model end-to-end business processes and flows
- Experience building business cases for prioritization and data-driven decision support
- Degree in a quantitative field, business, technology, or related area, with a record of excellence and strong structured reasoning
- Previous experience at major business consultancies
- Experience in Strategy & Consulting, including ERP (SAP or similar), change management, process mapping, strategic planning, and PMO
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in data, AI, business, or related fields is a plus but not required
- Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, SQL, or Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
- Experience in Data & Analytics, including Power BI, BigQuery, Airflow, predictive modeling, data lakes, KPIs, and funnel analysis is a plus
- Product management or project management experience is a plus
- Experience with formal process mapping is a plus
- Experience acting as an interface between business and technology teams is a plus
- Knowledge of data and analytics fundamentals, including pipelines, data modeling, and BI, is a plus
- Familiarity with Jira, Linear, Notion, or Miro is a plus
- Experience with prioritization frameworks such as RICE, ICE, or WSJF is a plus
- Experience structuring and refining product or project requirements is a plus
