Talent Acquisition Lead
Apollo Mission Critical EngineeringTalent Acquisition Lead for Apollo, overseeing full-cycle recruitment for global engineering and operational support roles. Building relationships and improving recruiting processes in a dynamic environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage recruitment activities across technical and non-technical positions
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams
- Support interview panel preparation and candidate evaluation processes
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Partner with Human Resources to ensure smooth handoff for offer creation and onboarding activities
- Assist with sourcing strategies for engineering and commissioning-related talent markets
- Build talent pipelines for current and future domestic and international staffing needs
- Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand hiring priorities and business needs
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruiting documentation
- Contribute ideas to improve recruiting workflows, candidate experience, and employer branding
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related Human Resources functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience screening resumes and conducting candidate interviews
- Professional and confident interaction with candidates and leadership teams
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
- Experience recruiting for engineering, technical, construction, commissioning, or other high-paced environments (preferred)
- Experience supporting international recruiting efforts (preferred)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting and/or HRIS platforms (preferred)
- Experience recruiting both technical and corporate/shared services positions (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
