About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage recruitment activities across technical and non-technical positions
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams
  • Support interview panel preparation and candidate evaluation processes
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Partner with Human Resources to ensure smooth handoff for offer creation and onboarding activities
  • Assist with sourcing strategies for engineering and commissioning-related talent markets
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future domestic and international staffing needs
  • Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand hiring priorities and business needs
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruiting documentation
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruiting workflows, candidate experience, and employer branding

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related Human Resources functions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience screening resumes and conducting candidate interviews
  • Professional and confident interaction with candidates and leadership teams
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
  • Experience recruiting for engineering, technical, construction, commissioning, or other high-paced environments (preferred)
  • Experience supporting international recruiting efforts (preferred)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting and/or HRIS platforms (preferred)
  • Experience recruiting both technical and corporate/shared services positions (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
