Project Administrator
Apollo Mission Critical EngineeringProject Administrator providing administrative support for project teams in a mission-critical infrastructure company. Responsible for documentation, reporting, and coordination in project lifecycle.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and organize project documentation, records, and filing systems
- Support project managers with scheduling, reporting, and coordination tasks
- Prepare and distribute project reports, dashboards, and status updates
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and expense reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, standards, and documentation requirements
- Manage communication between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
- Support onboarding of project team members and maintain resource records
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of administrative or project support experience
- Strong organizational and documentation management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Successful background check, including pre-employment drug screening
- US citizens, permanent residents or any candidate with eligibility to work in the US
