Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong track record of owning and shipping systems at scale
Command of system design and data modeling
Understanding of reliability and cost tradeoffs at scale
Ability to lead ambiguous work to a clear outcome
Current fluency with AI-assisted development
High bar for quality and strong sense of ownership
Experience with React, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Python, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and GCP
