About the role
- Own campaign planning and execution across email, lifecycle programs, webinars, and integrated digital channels.
- Develop campaign calendars, briefs, messaging frameworks, and execution plans.
- Ensure campaigns are sequenced intentionally across channels (e.g., lifecycle + webinar + content + paid amplification).
- Manage and develop 2 direct reports, setting clear priorities, coaching execution, and raising the bar on campaign quality.
- Define success metrics for each campaign (leads, MQLs, pipeline influence, conversion rates).
Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B marketing with deep experience in integrated campaigns and demand generation.
- Prior experience managing a team.
- Proven ability to own campaigns from concept through execution and optimization.
- Strong hands-on experience with email and lifecycle marketing.
- Webinar programs as demand drivers
- Integrated, multi-channel campaign execution
- Deep understanding of how content fuels demand across the funnel.
