About the role

  • Work with the Product Manager on your squad to brainstorm, build, and validate solutions for complex user problems.
  • Partner with Engineers on your squad to understand technical constraints, hand off designs, and run design QA for enterprise-level features.
  • Map complex user workflows and system interactions to create clear, scalable solutions within our CRM product.
  • Collaborate with your squad during Weekly Sprint Planning & Daily Standups.
  • Collaborate with other Designers to provide feedback, share learnings, and maintain a cohesive end-to-end experience.
  • Interview enterprise users to validate designs and learn about their specific problems and goals.
  • Use and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Consistently integrate quantitative and qualitative data into essential product decisions.
  • Collaborate with your squad to identify the highest impact areas to work on, develop hypotheses, test, and iterate.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience designing and shipping complex, enterprise-level SaaS products. Experience in CRM, sales-tech, or related B2B domains is a strong plus.
  • You are an expert systems thinker. You can deconstruct complex problems, understand how different parts of a system connect, and design solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and coherent.
  • You have expert design instincts and best practice knowledge to translate user problems, business objectives, and technical constraints into excellent product experiences.
  • You’re a self-starter that thrives while working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have experience creating and maintaining components across multiple product surfaces in Figma.
  • You are a voracious learner, constantly trying to learn how to improve customer experience and drive core metrics. You stay up to date with modern design tools.
  • You’re experimentation-oriented. You can conduct user interviews, analyze results, form hypotheses, test them with prototypes or product experiments, and iterate.
  • No big ego. You have respect for your cross-functional partners and a shared understanding of the team's goals.
