About the role

  • Define, lead, and evolve programs that improve Apollo’s GTM teams' operations and growth
  • Own the development and rollout of strategic initiatives, build training and content
  • Collaborate with teams across global GTM, customer success, product marketing, and operations
  • Create feedback loops that identify opportunities and lead enhancements that scale with the business

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement or related field
  • Proven ability to design and implement successful enablement programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for using AI and automation to improve processes and results.
