About the role
- Define, lead, and evolve programs that improve Apollo’s GTM teams' operations and growth
- Own the development and rollout of strategic initiatives, build training and content
- Collaborate with teams across global GTM, customer success, product marketing, and operations
- Create feedback loops that identify opportunities and lead enhancements that scale with the business
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales enablement or related field
- Proven ability to design and implement successful enablement programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for using AI and automation to improve processes and results.
