About the role
- You'll work directly with our hiring managers, senior leaders, and execs.
- You will partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand business priorities and design proactive talent strategies that support long-term company goals.
- You will lead high-impact searches for executive and niche technical roles, applying advanced research and sourcing techniques to consistently deliver top talent.
- You will build and maintain strong talent networks across critical functions and specialized skill sets, ensuring a steady and reliable pipeline of qualified candidates.
- You will drive continuous improvement by analyzing trends, leading strategic recruiting initiatives, and enhancing talent acquisition processes for scalability and effectiveness.
- You will champion a world-class candidate journey that reflects the company's values and strengthens its reputation as an employer of choice.
- You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on role scoping, compensation, interviewing best practices, and long-term talent engagement.
- You will collaborate across teams and functions, leveraging your recruiting expertise to shape strategic decisions and enable stronger business outcomes.
- You will deliver consistent hiring success by securing high-quality hires who drive business performance and strengthen the company's competitive edge.
Requirements
- Experienced Recruiter: You have a proven track record working a volume of requisitions and know how to strategize from role scope to closing.
- ATS Proficient: You have experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby) and are adept at utilizing them to streamline recruitment processes.
- People-oriented: You love talking to people, understanding what motivates them, and building strong relationships.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You are highly organized, care deeply about candidate experience, and ensure no candidate falls through the cracks.
- Continuous Learner: You are passionate about learning and improving, and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others to enhance the team's capabilities.
