We are seeking an experienced Senior Program/Project Manager to support a high-impact submarine systems program.
This role supports mission‑critical programs involving Submarine Sail and Towed Antenna Systems—requiring disciplined program leadership, technical coordination, and stakeholder engagement across Navy and engineering environments.
__Position Summary:__This Program Manager/Project Manager will oversee engineering and logistics initiatives, and requires a seasoned leader with a strong technical foundation and proven experience managing complex defense programs from planning through execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

- Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Marine Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 10 years of Program/ Project management experience.
- At least 5 years of experience managing engineering and logistics programs.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the development and management of Submarine Sail and Towed Antenna Systems.
- Experience with system analysis, testing, and evaluation of submarine systems.
- Active SECRET Security Clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET Clearance.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting U.S. Navy or Department of Defense programs.
- Excellent planning, risk management, and program execution capabilities.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional engineering and logistics teams.
