About the role

  • Own the full lifecycle of enterprise customer relationships, from onboarding through renewal and expansion
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer goals and revenue targets
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with CIO, CTO, CHRO, VP‑level, and Director‑level stakeholders
  • Identify growth opportunities across product lines, services, and new business units
  • Lead QBRs, executive business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Leadership to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Forecast revenue, manage pipeline, and ensure accurate reporting of account health
  • Navigate complex procurement, legal, and compliance processes for enterprise deals
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams, influencing roadmap and service improvements

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Strategic Accounts, or Enterprise Sales
  • Proven track record of managing multi‑million‑dollar enterprise portfolios
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior decision‑makers
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles, renewals, and expansions
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, or enterprise solutions
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in fast‑moving environments
  • __**Preferred Skills:**__
  • Experience in cybersecurity, HR tech, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC, Command of the Message, or similar sales methodologies
  • Background in Customer Success or Solutions Consulting
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
