About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plays a critical leadership role in executing the Metals product strategy and managing the day-to-day product management discipline across the portfolio.
Partners closely with the Vice President to translate strategic direction into actionable plans.
Ensures strong portfolio performance, lifecycle management, and alignment with customer needs.
Manages portfolio responsibilities for Wausau and Linetec along with leading service offering across AAM.
Drives product and service offering execution across multiple brands, supports pricing and portfolio decisions, and ensures cross-functional alignment with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in customer facing roles within building products or manufacturing.
Strong business acumen with ability to connect product decisions to financial outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate customer needs to product or service offering.
Customer-focused mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
Approximately 25% travel across the U.S. and Canada.
