About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide engineering services for transmissions management and control for all commercial frequency spectrums.
Assist in development, review, update and revision of Commercial SATCOM related policies.
Ensure documentation is technically accurate and usable by operations personnel.
Monitor COMSATCOM systems health, status and potential threats.
Provide troubleshooting assistance for Regional SATCOM Support Centers.
Create and publish applicable reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a US citizen
Minimum of a TS and ability to obtain SCI required
Security+ Certification (or other DoD 8140.01 compliant certification)
HS Diploma with 9 years or Bachelor's with 4 years relevant experience
1 year of demonstrated relevant experience or education in communication principles and SATCOM theory
Knowledge of commercial satellite communications systems and capabilities
3 years of experience in a military or commercial enterprise environment.
