Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions
Administer benefits processes including new hire enrollment, qualifying life events
Partner with Payroll/HRIS to ensure accurate benefit deductions
Support leave and time away processes
Develop and deliver benefits communications and education
Track and analyze benefits trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
2 years of HR experience (HR Business Partner experience preferred) or 6 years of HR experience with a High School Diploma
Hands-on experience partnering with HRIS/Payroll and benefits vendors
Experience supporting leave administration and benefits impacts
HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred
Experience supporting multi-site operations
Familiarity with benefits compliance and reporting
