About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions
- Administer benefits processes including new hire enrollment, qualifying life events
- Partner with Payroll/HRIS to ensure accurate benefit deductions
- Support leave and time away processes
- Develop and deliver benefits communications and education
- Track and analyze benefits trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of HR experience (HR Business Partner experience preferred) or 6 years of HR experience with a High School Diploma
- Hands-on experience partnering with HRIS/Payroll and benefits vendors
- Experience supporting leave administration and benefits impacts
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred
- Experience supporting multi-site operations
- Familiarity with benefits compliance and reporting
