Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions
  • Administer benefits processes including new hire enrollment, qualifying life events
  • Partner with Payroll/HRIS to ensure accurate benefit deductions
  • Support leave and time away processes
  • Develop and deliver benefits communications and education
  • Track and analyze benefits trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 years of HR experience (HR Business Partner experience preferred) or 6 years of HR experience with a High School Diploma
  • Hands-on experience partnering with HRIS/Payroll and benefits vendors
  • Experience supporting leave administration and benefits impacts
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations
  • Familiarity with benefits compliance and reporting
