Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the recruiting lead for assigned program(s)
  • Draft compelling, role-specific job descriptions and postings
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies
  • Map candidate experience to contract labor categories (LCATs)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years' direct experience recruiting technical talent for DoW contracts (full lifecycle recruiting)
  • Proven ability to recruit cleared candidates (Secret and above)
  • Demonstrated experience using AI recruiting tools (e.g., AI candidate search, resume parsing, and LLM-assisted outreach)
  • Experience identifying, engaging, and screening candidates
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting CRMs
  • Experience with stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated use of data and recruiting metrics
