About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the recruiting lead for assigned program(s)
- Draft compelling, role-specific job descriptions and postings
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies
- Map candidate experience to contract labor categories (LCATs)
- Partner with the proposal team to create staffing plans
- Handle interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiation through close
- Track and report recruiting metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years' direct experience recruiting technical talent for DoW contracts (full lifecycle recruiting)
- Proven ability to recruit cleared candidates (Secret and above)
- Demonstrated experience using AI recruiting tools (e.g., AI candidate search, resume parsing, and LLM-assisted outreach)
- Experience identifying, engaging, and screening candidates
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting CRMs
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Demonstrated use of data and recruiting metrics
