About the role
- Perform project setup and maintenance in Deltek Costpoint
- Communicate timecard and expense practices for projects
- Review subcontractor invoices for compliance
- Prepare and submit monthly invoices and monitor payments
- Prepare financial data to support Monthly Status Reports
- Process required project reports, monitor project costs, and identify and resolve issues
- Monitor contract and subcontractor funding status
- Conduct and present complex financial analyses
- Use cross-functional knowledge to provide oversight and guidance
- Prepare pricing for project scope changes
- Process contract modifications in relevant IT systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- ~ 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or project control
- Experienced in AP and/or AR
- Detailed-oriented and observant
- Proficient in MS Office to include Excel, PowerPoint and Word
