About the role

  • You make sure we extract valuable insights from the flood of information and turn them into usable content.
  • You review webinars, websites, specialist articles, studies and books in our topic area and record the most important content in a clear, structured way.
  • You create concise summaries with core messages, examples and actionable takeaways for our target group (SMEs).
  • You turn research results into concrete working templates (bullet points, script outlines, post variants, hook ideas) and enter them into our tools so designers, video production and the team can work with them directly.
  • You structure and maintain our existing content (webinars, blog posts, notes, internal documents) in a clear knowledge and content database.
  • You develop your own content proposals from this: blog post ideas, landing page structures, e-book concepts, webinar outlines, email series, FAQs, etc.
  • You support the preparation of presentations, webinars and talks by structuring content, selecting examples and suggesting sensible sequences.
  • You use AI tools purposefully to organize content faster, generate variants and test ideas — while always retaining editorial control.
  • You work closely with management and our emerging marketing function and contribute your own ideas on how we can make better use of our knowledge.

Requirements

  • We need you for approx. 20 hours per week, spread over several days — with the willingness to be in the Dorsten office 1–2 half days per week.
  • You have several years of experience in a role working with texts, content and research — e.g., editorial work, content marketing, communications, consulting or an academic program with a strong writing and analysis focus.
  • You read quickly, can assess content critically and distinguish the truly important points from filler.
  • You can summarize complex material clearly and accurately — without distorting it.
  • You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and are fully confident in spelling and grammar.
  • You enjoy and are skilled at precise formulation — from bullet points to fully written text modules.
  • You work in a very structured way: folders, tags, meaningful filing and clear naming are second nature to you.
  • You are comfortable with computers, the internet and office tools (e.g., Google Docs, Notion).
  • Experience in the meaningful use of AI tools for research, structuring and first drafts is a plus.
  • You can work independently and set priorities.
  • You have an interest in topics such as teamwork, digitalization in SMEs, processes and leadership — or are willing to dive into them intensively.
Benefits
  • You can work predominantly from home and come to the Dorsten office 1–2 half days per week for coordination and collaborative work.
  • You receive modern work equipment (e.g., laptop, monitor, etc.) so you can work focused and efficiently.
  • You have flexibility in scheduling — the role is well suited to combine with family and personal projects.
  • You work directly with management and the developing marketing function and can help shape structures from the start.
  • You work in a small, close-knit team where people can rely on each other.
  • You receive a fair, experience-based part-time salary and 30 days of annual leave per year (pro-rated for part-time).
  • You receive a permanent employment contract and a long-term perspective.
