About the role
- You ensure we extract what is valuable from the flood of information — and turn it into content we can actually work with.
- You review webinars, websites, professional articles, studies and books in our subject area and record the most important points in a clear, structured way.
- You create concise summaries with key messages, examples and practical takeaways for our target audience (SMEs).
- You convert research findings into concrete work templates (bullet points, script outlines, post variants, hook ideas) and enter them into our tools so designers/video production/the team can work with them directly.
- You structure and maintain our existing content (webinars, blog posts, notes, internal documents) in a clear knowledge and content database.
- You develop your own content proposals from this: blog article ideas, landing page structures, e-book concepts, webinar outlines, email sequences, FAQs, etc.
- You support the preparation of presentations, webinars and talks by structuring content, selecting examples and suggesting logical sequences.
- You use AI tools purposefully to organize content faster, generate variants and test ideas — while always retaining editorial control.
- You work closely with management and our developing marketing area and contribute your own ideas on how we can make better use of our knowledge.
Requirements
- You have several years of experience in a role working with texts, content and research — e.g. editorial work, content marketing, communications, consulting or a degree with a strong writing and analysis component.
- You read quickly, can critically evaluate content and distinguish the truly important points from filler material.
- You can summarize complex content clearly without distorting it.
- You have very good German skills, spoken and written, and are completely confident in spelling and grammar.
- You enjoy writing precisely — from bullet points to fully drafted text blocks.
- You work in a highly structured way: folders, tags, sensible filing and clear naming are second nature to you.
- You are confident using computers, the Internet and office tools (e.g. Google Docs, Notion).
- Experience in the purposeful use of AI tools for research, structuring and initial draft texts is a plus.
- You can work independently and set priorities.
- You are interested in topics such as teamwork, digitalization in SMEs, processes and leadership — or you are willing to invest time to learn about them. Formal education is of secondary importance.
Benefits
- You can work predominantly from home and come to the office in Dorsten for coordination and collaborative work 1–2 half days per week.
- You will receive modern work equipment (e.g. laptop, monitor, etc.) so you can work with focus and efficiency.
- You have flexibility in scheduling — the position is easily compatible with family life and personal projects.
- You work directly with management and the developing marketing area and can help shape structures from the start.
- You will be part of a small, direct team you can rely on.
- You will receive a fair, experience-based salary for part-time work and 30 days of vacation per year (pro-rated for part-time).
- You will receive a permanent employment contract and a long-term perspective.
