About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and further develop all performance marketing channels (e.g., SEA, Paid Social, Affiliate)
  • Ensure efficient and profitable growth with a focus on ROI, margin, and scalability
  • Plan and manage app install campaigns — from acquisition through activation and usage
  • Drive conversion from OTC to Rx and increase long-term customer value (CLV)
  • Optimize acquisition with a focus on new customer acquisition and sustainable growth
  • Develop and scale data-driven testing and optimization approaches based on CLV
  • Diversify marketing channels and reduce dependency on brand traffic
  • Responsible for budget planning and allocation with a clear focus on performance and cost-efficiency
  • Close collaboration with CRM, Product, App, Rx, and Category teams to optimize the entire funnel
  • Leverage automation and AI-driven solutions to scale and improve efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8–10+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth environments
  • Deep expertise in SEA, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and growth
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with performance and tracking tools
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing activities while improving ROI and CLV
  • Experience in app marketing and optimizing across the entire marketing funnel
  • Experience leading teams and managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
