About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and further develop all performance marketing channels (e.g., SEA, Paid Social, Affiliate)
- Ensure efficient and profitable growth with a focus on ROI, margin, and scalability
- Plan and manage app install campaigns — from acquisition through activation and usage
- Drive conversion from OTC to Rx and increase long-term customer value (CLV)
- Optimize acquisition with a focus on new customer acquisition and sustainable growth
- Develop and scale data-driven testing and optimization approaches based on CLV
- Diversify marketing channels and reduce dependency on brand traffic
- Responsible for budget planning and allocation with a clear focus on performance and cost-efficiency
- Close collaboration with CRM, Product, App, Rx, and Category teams to optimize the entire funnel
- Leverage automation and AI-driven solutions to scale and improve efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–10+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth environments
- Deep expertise in SEA, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and growth
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with performance and tracking tools
- Proven track record of scaling marketing activities while improving ROI and CLV
- Experience in app marketing and optimizing across the entire marketing funnel
- Experience leading teams and managing internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
