About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise the team for acquiring SMB customers
- Drive the cold calling of clients
- Close long-term deals on the ground
- Conduct hurdle every day with all team members on a designated place
- Assign locations to each team member for the day
- Ensure every team member updates each meeting in CRM
- Ensure Day end reporting with detail meeting and closer numbers
- Accompany one of the team members on a daily basis in the field.
