About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise the team for acquiring SMB customers
  • Drive the cold calling of clients
  • Close long-term deals on the ground
  • Conduct hurdle every day with all team members on a designated place
  • Assign locations to each team member for the day
  • Ensure every team member updates each meeting in CRM
  • Ensure Day end reporting with detail meeting and closer numbers
  • Accompany one of the team members on a daily basis in the field.
