Manages and leads an efficient and professional team who will exceed customer’s expectation
Monitors and allocates resources according to productivity level in order to achieve service excellence
Reviews and identifies customers’ needs and requirements in daily communication with origin and regional offices
Pro-actively communicates with internal and external customers on industrial, country and company initiatives and changes
Reviews and implements new initiative from internal and external customers
Supports and rolls out any system or process enhancement implemented by corporate
Achieves consistency in output of docs / services that is timely, complete & accurate

Requirements

What you’ll need

Tertiary education is required, with preference for Logistics Management
Able to speak and write in English
3 years of working experience in similar industry with at least 1 year in supervisory capacity
Customer oriented with the ability to establish strong relationships and interact effectively with customers at various levels
Self-driven and motivated
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Professional with positive self-image
Strong spoken and written communication skills
Possess Customer Service mindset and passion for service excellence
Ability to effectively & efficiently adopt/adapt information technology to enhance productivity and efficiency
