About the role
- - Assists with preparation of financial activity data and reports on a cyclical cadence basis. They include:
- a) Support for the month end closing including journals posting, update and manage lease accounting entries and perform consolidation activities.
- b) Prepare various monthly reports to stakeholders, such as forex analysis, cash flow statement and others.
- - Quarterly basis: KWE reporting package, financials with variance analysis,
- - Maintain and update all BPC master data
- - Support Statistical Return and Pricing Survey
- - Monitor and analyse on unbilled receivable balances
- - Perform administrative and transactional tasks within the finance information system. They include:
- - * Setup of new company codes in SAP
- - * Support change requests with GL data fields
- - * Perform data loading from BW to BPC
- - * Resolve system issues
- - Provide financial modeling input into business cases, costs, and schedules to support growth in the business.
- - Develop and deliver financial guidelines and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice
- - Support the adoption and assessment of new accounting standards, in collaboration with external consultants.
Requirements
- - Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level
- - Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience in finance and accounting
- - Strong knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation processes
- - Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
