The IT Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the organization’s technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, network systems, enterprise applications, and user support services.
This role serves as a key resource for troubleshooting, implementing technology solutions, managing IT assets, and ensuring systems remain secure, compliant, and operational across multiple locations.
The IT Specialist operates with professionalism, autonomy, and a strong customer service focus while supporting employees and advancing organizational technology initiatives.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot business software applications.
Implement new software solutions and upgrades to existing systems.
Collaborate with software vendors to ensure functionality, support, and compliance.
Maintain software licensing and subscription compliance.
Assist with purchasing, deployment, and configuration of software solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or Relevant technical certifications and equivalent experience.
One (1) to three (3) years of experience in Information Technology or a related field.
Demonstrated customer service experience with a strong user-support orientation.
Proficiency in: Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft 365 (M365/O365), Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Adobe Applications, Database Fundamentals, Antivirus and Endpoint Security Software, Hardware and Peripheral Support, Network Administration Concepts.
