About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide daily support for residents in a 10 bed long term structured psychiatric unit
- Assist residents in skill building with a focus on independent living
- Help with medication management, transportation, meal preparation, and social skills development
- Completion of required documentation for groups and outings
- Attend team meetings and engage in supervision
- Ensure compliance with programmatic and corporate procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Criminal record clearances
- Minimum of three years’ experience working directly with individuals diagnosed with mental health or IDD
