Key responsibilities & impact

Provide clinical support to program participants in the areas of addiction and mental health.
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
Assist in program participants' aftercare planning and follow-up.
Evaluate residents’ progress and report to funders/referral sources.
Maintain active caseload including engaging individuals in ongoing treatment.
Enter documentation into electronic medical records in accordance with agency guidelines.

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Certified Substance Abuse Specialist preferred (not required)
A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders.
Working knowledge of computer business software and electronic health care record programs.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
