About the role

  • Handle customer inquiries during typical working hours (8 AM to 5 PM CET)
  • Solve both business and technical issues via chat and email
  • Master our web scraping platform
  • Process customer questions and internal notifications every day
  • Use main tools like Apify Console, Intercom, and Slack
  • Address business topics such as subscription plans, invoices, and Apify features
  • Help with technical aspects like integrations and coding help with Apify API/SDK

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of support experience, ideally in a software-as-a-service company
  • Knowledge of programming principles and HTML/CSS/JavaScript is an advantage, interest in technology at the very least
  • Not minding possible holiday/weekend standby duties
  • Passion for technology
  • Ability to explain complex information to customers clearly and concisely
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong customer orientation
