About the role

  • Building and maintaining sales dashboards, reports, and layouts that optimize workflows for BDRs and Account Executives
  • Creating high-impact sales automations in n8n and other tools, and designing complex HubSpot workflows
  • Managing integrations between HubSpot and sales tools
  • Establishing monitoring systems and performing regular data hygiene checks
  • Building infrastructure for reliable sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Conducting training and enablement sessions for Sales and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS or tech startup, with HubSpot expertise
  • Technical and hands-on: comfortable building automations in n8n or Zapier, working with APIs and webhooks
  • The dashboards and reports you build give real visibility into pipeline health, sales performance, forecast accuracy, and customer expansion metrics
  • Strong data hygiene practices and attention to detail
  • This role needs a self-starter who can scope projects, build solutions, and drive implementation from start to finish
  • Staying current with RevOps trends and best practices comes naturally.
