About the role

  • Analyze, prepare and validate KPI data in the sourcing area and continuously monitor KPI trends
  • Create daily actual-vs-target comparisons and derive relevant insights for the specialist departments
  • Consolidate and provide decision-relevant KPI reports to management
  • Define and further develop procurement KPIs and implement them technically in KPI dashboards
  • Regularly analyze target/actual variances, including identifying root causes and deriving targeted recommendations for action
  • Develop data-driven strategies and design efficient best-practice processes to optimize procurement and controlling structures

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in an analytical or comparable role (e.g., controlling, data analytics, procurement)
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics, data analytics, or a comparable qualification
  • Solid experience with SQL databases and common analysis and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with confident handling of large datasets
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex issues tailored to the target audience
  • Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and a strong awareness of data quality
  • Independent, proactive working style and intrinsic motivation
  • Team player with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
