About the role
- You will become thoroughly familiar with the products and services of our partners and manufacturers in order to provide competent consultation
- You will take responsibility for acquiring new customers and thereby contribute to the growth of our company
- You will be the first point of contact for our customers and advise them on technical and commercial questions regarding our products and services
- You will support the management and further development of our cloud business and ensure that our customers are optimally cared for
- You will work closely with Sales, the team and Purchasing to ensure excellent customer support
Requirements
- You have a basic understanding of the IT industry
- You have completed commercial vocational training
- You are a committed and reliable employee (m/f/d) who tackles tasks proactively and always seeks the best solutions for our customers
