Requirements
What you’ll need- A coach by instinct — your leverage is the leaders you develop, not the deals you close
- You've scaled a multi-region GTM in vertical software from ~£5–10M to £40M+ ARR, building the operating system yourself
- You've run a land-and-expand motion in a project-driven enterprise environment — you know adoption earns the expansion
- An AI zealot, or on your way to becoming one — rebuilding how sales teams learn and execute with the new tooling
- A missionary, not a mercenary — here for a career-defining build in a founder-led, high-feedback environment
