About the role

  • Map and develop deep understanding of projects, opportunities and key people across a set of target accounts
  • Make contact with prospects through various channels, including LinkedIn outreach and relationship building
  • Support our nurturing presence by maintaining an active professional presence on LinkedIn and industry channels
  • Find and develop your own opportunities within assigned target accounts
  • Manage inbound leads routed to your accounts through the complete sales process
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations that resonate with project challenges
  • Lead the deployment process as architect of project success, with support from the customer success team
  • Build bottom-up momentum within accounts while orchestrating bottom-up and top-down strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that drive value for both parties
  • Collaborate closely with customer success teams throughout the customer journey
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

Requirements

  • You've spent years on-site in construction, perhaps as a Agent, Sub-agent or Project Manager, and now you're ready to leverage that knowledge in a new way.
  • You're excited by the potential of technology to solve the pain points you've experienced in construction and are keen to make a change in your career.
  • You take ownership of your results and have a strong sense of urgency in getting things done.
  • You're eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a new role, with a hunger to continuously improve.
  • Skilled communicator, confident engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Fluency in another European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Dutch) is an advantage.
