About the role
- Coordinate meetings with project managers to ensure alignment on project objectives and milestones
- Update supplier API spreadsheets to maintain formal tracking
- Proactively reach out to vendors to facilitate communication and streamline procurement processes
- Review client contracts to ensure compliance and understanding of project requirements
- Work closely with experienced project managers and play a key role in facilitating the smooth operation of project management activities
- Ensure accurate tracking of supplier data and contribute to project success
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter mentality
- Strong attention to detail
- Some knowledge of apex products/services desired but not mandatory
- Pursuing Bachelors or Masters in Mathematics, Economics or other related majors
