About the role
- Lead initiatives to grow the business through improved operational efficiency, sales performance, and strategic planning.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify bottlenecks, implement scalable processes, and drive improvements in service delivery, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Increase key metrics including revenue, sales conversion rates, average invoice value, and maintenance plan adoption.
- Partner with Market leadership to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance (P&L experience is a plus but not required).
- Expand employment opportunities, drive skill development, and promote career advancement across the organization.
- Use analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 3+ years of leadership experience in operations or business development
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and execute growth strategies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High-energy, adaptable, and hands-on leader with a bias for action
- Experience in trades, construction, or service industries is a plus but not required
