About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain the customer experience platform in partnership with Medallia, including KPI frameworks and recurring reports that support decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and tools.
  • Manage and integrate data from our CX platform, Customer Data Platform (CDP), analytics platforms, brand health research and external sources.
  • Lead the onboarding of new businesses to cNPS platform.
  • Facilitate training, knowledge sharing and address regional needs.
  • Act as the trusted point of contact for 6 regions, responding to questions and helping to quickly resolve issues.
  • Share best practices, toolkits, and playbooks to improve efficiency and consistency across markets.
  • Identify challenges in local execution and recommend process improvements to regional leaders.
  • Track and report on both local and national performance metrics, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing data engineer to build tools that enable regional leaders to run local analysis with ease.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and actionable recommendations for local operators and marketing leads across the organization.
  • Inform marketing strategy, segmentation, messaging, targeting, and optimization using data-driven insights.
  • Support Partner Services Marketing team with ad-hoc data analysis capabilities such as A/B testing and attribution modeling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with organizational goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Data Science or relevant fields.
  • 5+ years in marketing analytics, insights, or data-driven marketing roles.
  • Strong experience working with marketing data (e.g., CRM data, brand health data, digital analytics, campaign performance).
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proven ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with Snowflake or other data engineering systems is a plus.
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, or statistical analytics is a plus.
